How do I access my download?

After it's purchased, the file is available for download in the Order Confirmation page. In addition to the order confirmation email you will automatically receive email containing a link to the file.

My Link has Expired?

The link to the purchased downloadable content will expire 24 hours after the original purchase. If you click on your expired link, we'll send a new link to the email address used for the initial purchase.

Are these your photos?

yes all the images from this site are our own, captured and curated for you to enjoy the beauty of another continent right from your own home.

I have changed my mind and I no longer want my downloadable content

Given the nature of the purchase. Downloads are non refundable

Can I use your images on my website?

If you wish to use our products for anything other than your own personal enjoyment, we offer the same images with a commercial license to facilitate this. Please ensure you choose this option from the store when downloading your desired image.

I have previously bought an image for commercial use I would now like a different one can I use or transfer the license to this new image?

No. The commercial licenses are unique to each image, they are non-transferable.

I love your images can I get a print for our wall?

not directly from us right now but stay tuned we want to offer this service in the near future!

for now we recommend you take your favourite to our friends at whitewall.com who will be able to turn the image into a high quality print in the style of your choice, directly from the image you download from us.
